For members of Salem Pres, we ask folks to commit to either serve in childcare, teach Sunday School, or lead a Youth Bible Study as part of our baptismal vows to be “part of the Christian nurture” of a child. On July 1st, we will open sign-ups for members to commit to one year of teaching Sunday School or leading a Youth (middle and high school) Bible study. The remaining members will be rolled into the childcare schedule for the year (roughly 3-4 times). If you are a member, be thinking about whether you’d like to teach Sunday School, lead a Youth Bible study, or serve occasionally in childcare.
