Who is in charge at Salem Pres? The short answer is Jesus. Under the guidance of Jesus we have a congregation who calls pastors, elders, servant leaders, and commissions staff to do some particular works on behalf of the church. The staff does not run the church, nor do the officers. There is a dance between these groups that is interconnected and submits to Christ in prayer.

Our elders are the spiritual shepherds of our congregation. Their tasks include praying with people, deciding pressing issues for the church, teaching, and counseling.
